🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for a BMS Algorithm & Validation Engineer to develop and validate advanced Battery Management System (BMS) algorithms for high-performance battery platforms. In this role, you will work on SOC, SOH, SOP, thermal management, diagnostics, cell balancing, and battery protection logic while collaborating closely with embedded software, systems, controls, and power electronics teams.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Develop and validate advanced BMS algorithms and battery protection strategies.
• Support battery modeling, algorithm tuning, and validation using MATLAB/Simulink.
• Perform HIL/SIL testing, system integration, troubleshooting, and battery data analysis.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver production-ready BMS solutions.

🔍 What We’re Looking For

• Experience with SOC, SOH, SOP, and battery protection algorithms.
• Strong knowledge of lithium-ion batteries, battery validation, and embedded systems.
• Experience with MATLAB/Simulink, CAN communication, and HIL/SIL environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with BESS, EV battery systems, Python, or C/C++ is a strong plus.
