🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for an Inverter Control Engineer to develop and optimize advanced control algorithms for inverter and power conversion systems including DC/AC, AC/DC, DC/DC, and bidirectional converters. You will work closely with power electronics, embedded software, systems, and validation teams to design reliable and high-performance control strategies for advanced energy applications.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Develop inverter control algorithms, PLL, PWM, current/voltage control loops, and grid synchronization strategies.
• Support system modeling, controller tuning, stability analysis, and validation using MATLAB/Simulink.
• Perform HIL/SIL testing, troubleshooting, and real-time embedded control implementation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to optimize inverter performance and reliability.

🔍 What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in inverter control systems, control theory, and power electronics.
• Experience with MATLAB/Simulink, embedded systems, and real-time control implementation.
• Familiarity with HIL/SIL validation, CAN communication, and diagnostics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with BESS, UPS systems, renewable energy, EV systems, or embedded firmware development is a strong plus.
