SewerAI is seeking a Part-Time Professional Engineer (PE) with deep expertise in sewer infrastructure and rehabilitation design to support our growing client base across the U.S. This role involves providing high-level consulting on pipeline condition assessment and rehabilitation recommendations using industry-standard methods and technologies.

What you'll do

• Review defect data and video inspection results of sanitary and storm sewer pipelines.
  
  
• Provide engineering recommendations for trenchless and open-cut rehabilitation methods (e.g., CIPP, pipe bursting, point repair).
  
  
• Apply relevant industry standards (e.g., NASSCO PACP, MACP, LACP) to generate recommendations.
• Assist in developing or reviewing rehabilitation plans and prioritization strategies for clients.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the U.S.
  
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sewer rehabilitation, preferably across multiple U.S. regions.
  
  
• Strong knowledge of common rehab methods and materials (e.g., CIPP, slip lining, manhole rehab).
• Familiarity with NASSCO PACP standards and codes.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with municipalities or engineering consulting firms.
  
  
• Familiarity with asset management tools and sewer inspection platforms.
  
  
• GIS or CAD proficiency.
