What we’re looking for:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Fulfillment Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to manage complex orders independently, monitor project progress, and take decisive action to ensure timely delivery. Excellent communication and coordination skills are essential for this role.
What you will do
Plan, and coordinate with customers the date for vehicle retrofitting.
Coordinating with the production team regarding retrofitting line introductions to avoid production delays.
Conducting vehicle receipt & handover procedures from customer and production line before and after retrofitting & quality tests.
Collaborate with sales, production, supply chain and other stakeholders to forecast customer demand, ensuring everyone is aware of upcoming demand fluctuations and can plan accordingly. Use data-driven insights to optimize production and inventory levels.
Oversee the entire order fulfillment process from order receipt to delivery and licensing.
Issue the licensing documents required to license the retrofitted vehicles.
Track and manage order status, ensuring timely updates to customers.
Utilize historical data, industry trends and potential customers pipeline to accurately forecast demand for retrofitted vehicles.
Analyze market data to identify potential opportunities and risks.
Continuously evaluate and improve the order fulfillment process.
Who you are
Hold a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Have 5+ years of experience in order fulfillment, project management, or supply chain management.
Possess a strong understanding of forecasting techniques and tools.
Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the automotive industry or a related field.
Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
