About the Role
We are looking for an experienced B2B Growth Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving high quality lead generation and audience engagement through scaled online, event, and account-based marketing programs.
This will focus on planning, executing, measuring and iterating on user journeys and campaigns across channels including but not limited to: email, paid and organic LinkedIn, virtual and in-person events.
We are looking for a self-starter with experience building, executing, measuring and iterating audience-tailored campaigns across a range of digital marketing platforms and tools to drive high quality leads and audience engagement, with a track record for delivering quantitative results.
You will work closely with Content Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Research teams to drive value for and engagement with our customers.
Key Job Focus
Own marketing channels with a focus on lead generation for new business and audience engagement
Manage marketing tech stack, tooling and general reporting / light analytics to drive new business and customer ROI
Responsibilities
Develop the playbook for demand generation using scaled online, event and account-based marketing tactics
Collaborate with content marketing and research to develop and execute targeted campaigns
Implement and optimize paid and organic digital marketing programs
Track, measure, and communicate campaign results
Engage with sales to review performance and validate priority investment areas quarterly
Maintain central campaign calendar, ensuring cross-functional alignment and project sequencing to deliver against plans
Lead event planning and execution
Collaborate with customer success, research, and editorial to plan events and reports to drive leads and engagement
Stay up-to-date on the latest product features and industry trends
Qualifications
4-7 years of experience driving B2B demand generation - with a specific focus on growth, content, and account based marketing, and tooling
Proven track record leveraging content to drive qualified leads and audience engagement
Proven track record designing and executing campaigns to deliver growth results
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated success dealing with ambiguity, operating in a fast-paced environment, and solving complicated problems with limited oversight
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency across a range of customer relationship management (CRM) tools and email platforms
A Plus
Knowledge of and experience in the energy transition
Interest or experience in financial markets, investment banking, private equity, and venture capital
