The Opportunity
Sitetracker is looking for a Solution Analyst II to assist in implementing the Sitetracker product for new
customers. You will work closely with our Solution Architects to identify requirements and find
creative solutions to tailor our product to our customers’ business process.
Overall, the position incorporates product configuration, data analysis, project management, and
development as needed. Solution Analysts are given a great opportunity for advancement and
leadership placement in a rapidly growing environment.

The Skill Set:

  • Experience with Salesforce.com configuration. Should have strong hands-on experience on formula fields, reports & dashboard, flows, security settings, custom level, custom metadata, portal environment setup, package installation and org setup etc.
  • Has built data model using relational database knowledge to capture customers business requirements.
  • Advanced Excel skills, can evidence skills in Vlookups, formulas, pivot table etc to transform data and create reports.
  • Committed to meet project deadlines and delivering quality work.
  • Maintain composure in stressful situations, respond to customer needs quickly, and effectively adapt to change.
  • Communicate complex concepts to clients and document complex requirements in an easily digestible format that shows you understand the customer’s business needs.
  • Good at listening and can evidence asking questions that dive deeper into requirements or in identifying the root problem.
  • Demonstrate proficiency working in a fast-paced environment and excels at multitasking across complex projects.

Within 60 Days, You'll:

  • Have a good understanding of the Sitetracker product
  • Create reports and dashboards to visualize Sitetracker data
  • Analyze source data and perform data loading.
  • Participate in customer meetings and support the Solution Architects during the meeting.
  • Configure Sitetracker modules to meet customer needs
  • Work with your manager to understand and apply Sitetracker implementation methodology.
  • Collaborate with other team to submit product enhancements and bugs

Within 180 Days, You'll:

  • Develop technical solution from customer business requirements
  • Manage time and prioritization to support multiple projects implementation and meet the project timeline.
  • Participate actively in customer meetings and lead discussion for specific activity e.g. UAT Support.
  • Be able to apply standard Salesforce features as a solution to meet customer requirements.
  • Participate actively to define specific process flow from customer’s business requirement and write down the corresponding user stories

Within 365 Days, You'll:

  • Lead end-to-end small (utilizing standard Sitetracker capabilities) customer engagements
  • Work closely with Senior Architect to design custom solutions based on customer requirements while leveraging Salesforce best practices.
  • Independently present standard Sitetracker Business Process flow as part of customer engagement
  • Independently preparing user stories based on the business process flow and present it to the customer
  • Prepare and confidently present technical documents in customer calls.
  • Follow all Sitetracker’s standards as defined in the Sitetracker standard methodology within the assigned projects
  • Train new specialists on Sitetracker implementation methodologies and technical concepts.
  • Successfully completed a customer implementation with metrics to support
