The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to build and scale a world-class global delivery centre that powers the deployment of next-generation infrastructure worldwide. As Director of Solution Delivery, you will lead the evolution of Sitetracker’s Bangalore delivery organisation into a high-performing Centre of Excellence that drives implementation quality, operational scale, and customer success globally.

You’ll partner closely with global Delivery, Resource Management, and People Operations leaders to operationalise a truly Follow-the-Sun delivery model, enabling continuous implementation support across AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions. This role goes beyond traditional delivery leadership — you’ll shape operational strategy, strengthen technical governance, elevate implementation quality, and build scalable systems to support rapid global growth.

What You’ll Do

As Director of Solution Delivery, you’ll lead the India delivery organisation and play a critical role in scaling Sitetracker’s global implementation capabilities. You’ll build high-performing technical teams, establish operational rigour, and drive delivery excellence across configuration, QA, and data migration workstreams.

You’ll collaborate closely with international stakeholders to operationalise a seamless Follow-the-Sun delivery framework, ensuring continuous implementation progress and flawless global handoffs. You’ll establish scalable workflows, improve capacity planning, and create systems that provide accurate operational visibility and predictable delivery outcomes.

You’ll act as a strategic leader across the organisation — driving technical quality control, enforcing standardised implementation practices, and creating operational governance models that improve efficiency, reduce defects, and increase customer satisfaction. Your leadership will directly influence how Sitetracker scales delivery globally.

You’ll also mentor and develop future leaders within the Bangalore organisation, building strong technical capabilities while fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, operational maturity, and continuous improvement.

The Skills You’ll Have

Global Delivery Leadership

  • Proven ability to build, scale, and lead high-performing global delivery or consulting organizations.
  • Experience managing distributed teams across multiple regions and time zones while maintaining operational consistency and delivery quality.
  • Strong capability in designing operational frameworks that improve implementation velocity and customer outcomes.
  • Ability to proactively identify delivery risks, capacity gaps, and workflow bottlenecks before they impact execution.
  • Demonstrated success building accountability-driven cultures with strong execution rigor and leadership maturity.

SaaS Implementation & Technical Governance

  • Deep experience leading large-scale SaaS implementations and enterprise delivery programs in complex customer environments.
  • Strong understanding of implementation governance, QA frameworks, and standardised delivery practices.
  • Ability to conduct architecture and delivery reviews that ensure scalability, quality, and platform best practices.
  • Experience improving deployment quality through operational rigour, peer reviews, and structured oversight models.
  • Strong collaboration skills across Engineering, Product, and Consulting organisations.

Operational Excellence & Resource Optimisation

  • Experience building scalable delivery operations that support rapidly growing global demand.
  • Strong analytical capability using operational data, utilisation metrics, and delivery analytics to drive decision-making.
  • Expertise in resource planning and workforce optimisation across global delivery teams.
  • Proven track record improving operational efficiency through process optimisation and workflow standardisation.
  • Strong root-cause analysis and problem-solving capabilities focused on long-term operational improvements.

Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management

  • Executive-level stakeholder management and communication skills across global organisations.
  • Ability to align delivery priorities with broader business objectives and regional goals.
  • Strong strategic thinking and influence across cross-functional leadership teams.
  • Experience partnering closely with Resource Management, Delivery, and People Operations organisations.
  • Ability to present operational insights, delivery performance, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership teams.

Within 90 Days, You’ll:

    • Stabilize operational processes and improve visibility into team utilization and delivery capacity.
    • Build strong working relationships with global Delivery, Resource Management, and People Operations leaders.
    • Take ownership of operationalizing the Follow-the-Sun delivery framework across regions.
    • Deliver operational insights and improvement recommendations to executive leadership.
    • Develop a scalable hiring and onboarding plan to support implementation growth in Bangalore.

Within 180 Days, You’ll:

  • Successfully scale the Bangalore delivery center to support a significant portion of global implementations.
  • Establish structured internal enablement and technical upskilling programs for the delivery organization.
  • Improve delivery quality through standardized governance, reviews, and operational controls.
  • Implement measurable operational improvements across utilization, quality, and delivery efficiency.
  • Strengthen global delivery coordination across AMER, EMEA, and APAC teams.

Within 365 Days, You’ll:

  • Transform the Bangalore delivery organization into a globally recognized Center of Excellence.
  • Fully operationalize a seamless global Follow-the-Sun delivery model with strong cross-regional collaboration.
  • Deliver measurable improvements in delivery speed, implementation quality, and customer satisfaction.
