Role Description

• Maintain a high level of administrative and operational processes and manage an efficient HR employee lifecycle, especially hands on maintaining payroll plan and benefits program.
• Oversee current HR systems, workflows and processes of day-to-day HR transactions and ensure HR processes comply with all regulatory requirements
• Collaborate and partner with the HR team to create improvements in workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Providing guidance to all payroll and employment tax audit activities, including maintaining a working relationship with local revenue and governmental agencies.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
• Responsible for the oversight of practical reporting and management information.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience working in start-ups with prior experience in Compliance and Payroll.
• In-depth knowledge of Labor Laws and HR best practices
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Knowledge of HRMS/Payroll software
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Natural propensity to work collaboratively.
• Ability to learn new systems & processes.
• Strong analytical skills are required and the ability to be able to problem solve.
• Excellent data analysis and visual presentation skills
