Position Overview

SolarSquare is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing inventory management, monitoring warehouse operations, and supporting supply chain planning through data-driven insights. The Supply Chain Analyst will also be instrumental in generating and presenting reports to drive informed decision-making within the organization.


  • Inventory Management through Analytics:
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools to assess inventory levels, demand patterns, and lead times.
  • Implement data-driven strategies to optimize stock levels, reduce excess inventory, and minimize stockouts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between inventory and production planning.
  • Warehouse Monitoring:
  • Oversee and monitor warehouse operations to ensure efficient use of space and resources.
  • Implement systems and processes to enhance order fulfillment accuracy and reduce turnaround times.
  • Work closely with logistics teams to streamline inbound and outbound processes.
  • Supply Chain Planning:
  • Conduct thorough analysis of demand forecasts and market trends to support effective supply chain planning.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure a seamless flow of materials and components.
  • Optimize procurement processes to minimize costs and enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
  • Reporting:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on key supply chain performance metrics.
  • Present regular reports to management, highlighting trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making within the organization.


  • Masters / Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in supply chain analytics, inventory management, and warehouse monitoring.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous process improvement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
