Job Title : UI/UX Overview :
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. You will work closely with our product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design and improve the user experience of our digital products.

You will work closely with our product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design and improve the user experience of our digital products.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to understand user behaviour, needs, and motivations.
- Analyse user feedback and activity, and iterate to enhance the user experience.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes for testing and validation.
- Design user interfaces that are engaging, intuitive, and visually compelling.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the design vision is aligned with business goals.
- Participate in design reviews and present designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and stakeholders.
- Plan and conduct usability tests, A/B testing, and other user research methodologies to gather feedback.
- Analyze test results and implement changes to improve the user experience.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all products.
- Create and maintain comprehensive style guides and UI pattern libraries.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Proven experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to think critically and solve complex design challenges.
- Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with agile development processes.
