The ideal candidate will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the clients' business objectives and challenges and creating strategic recommendations based off of this understanding. You will do so by building a strong relationship with our clients and analyzing our clients' data. Essentially, you will act as the main point of contact for our clients.

  • Position Overview:

As a Relationship Manager - Channel Partners, you will play a critical role in establishing and nurturing partnerships with channel partners across MH. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and onboarding new channel partners, developing and maintaining strong relationships, and driving sales growth through these partners. This role is essential in expanding our market presence, opening new markets and achieving our sales targets.

  • Key Responsibilities:

(1) Channel Partner Onboarding:

Identify potential channel partners within the target cities and conduct thorough market research to assess their suitability. Initiate contact, onboard and develop relationships with potential partners. Provide training and resources to onboard new partners effectively.

(2) Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, positive relationships with existing channel partners. Activation and engagement of partners is key responsibility for this role. Regularly communicate with partners to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities. Act as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, concerns, and support.

(3) Sales Growth: Develop and execute channel sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Work closely with channel partners to create and implement joint sales and marketing plans and activities.
