Scope of work:

* Internal Team Co-ordination : Team of State Operation Head, Senior Project Owners (4 to 5 Nos), Project Owners (9 to 10 Nos) & Project Co-Ordinator’s/ Supervisors (30 to 40 Nos)

* Interdepartmental Co-ordination : Sales, Design & Customer Delight team

* Involve in decisions to enhance customer experience

* Project Timeline Adherence : Completion in given TATs, maximize the profit & ensure customer delight

* Rigorous tracking & follow up

* Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence

* Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise team-mates

Requirements:

* Excellent communication skills and managerial skills.

* Problem Solver & Capable of taking tactical calls

* Display leadership qualities and must be able to garner the respect of the team members.

* Excellent Ownership Mindset

* Resolve conflicts with the customer and within the team, if any.

* Local Travel & Intercity travel on need basis
