Job Discription

• Should have Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in Solar Industry is mandatory.
• Experienced from Commercial and Industrial Rooftop solar companies mandatory.
• Should have own two wheeler and willing to travel all over Pan India.
• Location - Pan India
• Education : B.TECH/BE or MBA (Mech/Elec/Civil)
  
  

Roles and Responsibility -

• Internal Team Co- ordination : Co- ordinate with team 6-8 Nos of Project Coordinators on daily basis on setting the daily targets, planning & updates.
• Managing the Operation process through specific software or excel sheets.
• Interdepartmental Co- ordination with Design & Customer Delight team
• BOM - Solar Bill of Material preparation.
• Rigorous tracking & follow up.
• Conduct Site Surveys in case of revisits or complex site conditions.
• Maintain Customer Relationship - by providing support, information & answering queries politely & achieving customer delight.
• Remote Monitoring & Installation team support - of Solar installation within the same city or different cities.
• Strong technical capabilities to learn & implement secondary.
• Training of Project Coordinators.
• Quality Visits of solar installations.
