- Should have Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in Solar Industry is mandatory.
- Experienced from Commercial and Industrial Rooftop solar companies mandatory.
- Should have own two wheeler and willing to travel all over Pan India.
- Location - Pan India
- Education : B.TECH/BE or MBA (Mech/Elec/Civil)
- Internal Team Co- ordination : Co- ordinate with team 6-8 Nos of Project Coordinators on daily basis on setting the daily targets, planning & updates.
- Managing the Operation process through specific software or excel sheets.
- Interdepartmental Co- ordination with Design & Customer Delight team
- BOM - Solar Bill of Material preparation.
- Rigorous tracking & follow up.
- Conduct Site Surveys in case of revisits or complex site conditions.
- Maintain Customer Relationship - by providing support, information & answering queries politely & achieving customer delight.
- Remote Monitoring & Installation team support - of Solar installation within the same city or different cities.
- Strong technical capabilities to learn & implement secondary.
- Training of Project Coordinators.
- Quality Visits of solar installations.
