Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Business Development Associate to lead sales efforts in the residential solar market. This role focuses on identifying new homeowners, providing tailored solutions, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the residential solar market.

Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners.

Conduct consultations to assess energy needs and propose customized residential solar solutions.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation.

Stay informed about residential solar trends, financing options, and regulatory updates.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, or MBA.

Hardcore B2C feild Sales only

1+ years of sales or business development experience Sales or related sectors.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing residential deals .

Strong knowledge of Sales skills , financing options, and incentives.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a competitive environment.

Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
