To drive this expansion, we are seeking dynamic and strategic Sales Managers who will own ₹50Cr+ in annual sales, lead high-value client relationships, and oversee full project delivery. Key Responsibilities

1. Business Growth & Revenue Leadership

  • Drive ₹50Cr+ in annual sales, meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute market expansion strategies across enterprise, MSME, retail, and warehousing sectors.
  • Identify high-potential business opportunities and establish SolarSquare as the preferred energy partner for India’s leading corporations.

2. Enterprise Sales & Strategic Partnerships

  • Engage CXOs, business heads, and decision-makers to build high-value, long-term relationships.
  • Navigate complex B2B sales cycles, including financial modeling, ROI analysis, and stakeholder management.
  • Present data-backed, compelling proposals that position SolarSquare as the most trusted and financially viable solar solution.

3. Project Ownership & Execution

  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring seamless execution from contract signing to installation and post-sales service.
  • Collaborate with engineering, project management, and finance teams to ensure successful implementation of large-scale solar projects.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential bottlenecks, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and cost efficiencies.

4. Industry & Market Expertise

  • Stay ahead of emerging industry trends, government policies, and financing innovations in the solar sector.
  • Use market intelligence to refine pricing, product positioning, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Drive thought leadership and category expansion, positioning SolarSquare as an industry pioneer in commercial solar adoption.

5. Process-Driven & Scalable Sales Operations

  • Develop and implement structured, data-driven sales processes to ensure pipeline predictability and efficiency.
  • Leverage CRM, analytics, and automation tools to enhance sales performance and forecasting accuracy.
  • Train and mentor junior sales professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.

Who We Are Looking For

Proven High-Value Sales Expertise – 5-10 years in B2B sales, successfully managing ₹50Cr+ annual targets.

Analytical & Strategic Mindset – Ability to structure scalable, data-driven business growth strategies.

Enterprise Sales & Relationship Management – Experience engaging with CXOs and senior leadership in high-value dealmaking.

Process-Centric Approach – A strong focus on structured sales operations, efficiency, and predictability.

Top-Tier Academic Background – MBA / Engineering from a Tier-1 institution preferred.

Indomitable Spirit & Ownership Mindset – A relentless drive to scale business 4X and build category leadership.

Sector Experience (Preferred but Not Mandatory) – Background in solar, infrastructure, energy, or large-ticket B2B sales.
