Title: Marketing Manager

Reports to: Director of Demand Generation

Location: Remote (CST or EST) or Hybrid for our NYC Office

Job Summary:

We’re looking for an experienced and versatile Marketing Manager who’s eager to jump into helping us build a category of regulatory software by brainstorming new campaigns to reach our target personas while monitoring, testing, and reporting on our current strategies. We have lofty goals, so it’s an exciting time, and there’s a lot to do together; the ideal candidate has experience executing and iterating in a start-up environment. The Marketing Manager should be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategizing, and strive under tight deadlines to meet the company's changing needs.

This role can be fully remote or have the option for a flexible schedule with office presence in our downtown Manhattan office. Remote applicants must be able to work remotely in either CST or EST time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute outbound and inbound marketing activities, including live and digital events, advertising, social media, email marketing, and content, to generate revenue pipeline to meet business objectives
  • Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns from concept to completion (email, social media, field/event marketing, website updates); own creative briefs and guide creative direction, including digital, and video assets
  • Liaise with external partners to execute promotional events and campaigns
  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
  • Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to shape future marketing strategies
  • Consistently present ideas and results to the business; assist in creation of executive and board level content and reporting to senior leadership
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience specifically focused on Performance Marketing or Demand Generation

  • Prior successful experience in enterprise software sales, and/or compliance software (optional)

  • Demonstrated experience working with marketing data analytics and tools (optional)

  • Experience in a remote start-up environment (optional)

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven success in developing marketing campaigns
  • Can start work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools desired
  • Computer skills, including Slack, Google Suite, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite and CRM), and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)

Sourcemap offers a competitive compensation package based on job-related factors such as business needs, experience, level of responsibility, and qualifications. For this role, the base salary range is $100K-$120K. Sourcemap offers a benefit package, including but not limited to paid time off, paid holidays, medical, dental and vision benefits, and a generous 401k match.
