About the Role

Span is looking for a highly motivated HR Intern to support our HR Efforts especially in talent acquisition. In this role, you will work closely with the HR team to help deliver a positive candidate experience and support day to day recruiting operations. This is a strong opportunity for someone interested in building a career in recruiting & human resources

What You’ll Do

During this internship, you will:

• Assist the TA team with Span’s recruiting initiatives
• Guide candidates smoothly through the interview process with timely communication and updates
• Review applicants and help schedule phone screens
• Represent Span at recruiting and networking events
• Support marketing campaigns designed to attract top talent

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing/ Completed a Bachelors or Masters in Human Resources, Business or a related field
• Experience with G Suite/Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
