We're a small, passionate team, delivering B2B, SaaS products to transform the HVAC marketplace and reduce the impact of climate change at enterprise scale. Our cornerstone product, Decoder, is launched with a growing customer base – and we're seeking a new team member to help accelerate our product growth.

The role

• High-level: plan, develop, test, and implement multiple products within our ecosystem
• Lean team with significant growth opportunities
• Software development in our external web app and internal admin app (org / user management and targeted UI refinements)
• Software development on the back-end (adding fields, improving logic, etc.)
• Build data entry and workflow tools
• Help build IT and DevOps functionalities and teams
• Work alongside 3 other Engineering team members

Core competencies

• Building web applications (ideally SaaS-like, data-centric web applications)
• Experience working with, consuming, and / or producing APIs
• Experience using relational databases
• Experience working with multiple languages
• Experience with DocumentDB preferred
• Has been part of an agile development team
• Has prior small team experience (preferably in a start-up environment)
