Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the marketing department in executing customer outreach campaigns, content and collateral development, and event planning and logistics. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels.

  • Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and promotional content.

  • Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, posting, and community engagement.

  • Manage website content updates.

  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, generating reports to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements.

  • Support event planning and execution, including trade shows, webinars, and promotional events.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., design, sales, and product) to ensure consistent brand messaging.

  • Maintain marketing calendars and ensure deadlines are met for projects and deliverables.

  • Manage relationships with external vendors, such as printers, agencies, or media partners.

  • Assist with budget tracking and invoice processing for marketing activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related role (internships included).

  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Wordpress, or similar platforms.

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content management systems.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design.

  • Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (preferred).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator).

  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email or web content management.

  • Knowledge of paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot).
