The Vice President of Demand Generation - Americas will provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the Americas demand generation team, driving initiatives that fuel customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Leading a team of marketing professionals, this role is responsible for developing and executing multi-channel demand generation strategies, pipeline acceleration programs, and marketing initiatives to optimize customer engagement and drive measurable business outcomes. The VP will play a pivotal role in aligning demand generation efforts with company-wide goals, collaborating closely with sales and product marketing to deliver exceptional results.
This leader will own the strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of advertising and demand generation campaigns while managing a multi-million-dollar budget. They will serve as a key member of the marketing leadership team, contributing to executive-level decision-making and representing demand generation in cross-functional and C-suite discussions. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of driving significant business impact, scaling high-performing teams, and effectively communicating performance metrics to senior stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Leadership
Set the vision and strategy for demand generation, aligning with overall company objectives and revenue goals
Lead a team of directors and 30+ marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence
Collaborate with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Marketing, and Operations, to align marketing initiatives with business priorities
Serve as the primary advocate for demand generation in executive discussions, ensuring alignment and visibility of key initiatives
Demand Generation Strategy & Execution
Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive, multi-channel demand generation strategies, including digital, social, and traditional advertising campaigns
Drive customer acquisition and pipeline progression initiatives that deliver measurable revenue impact
Lead the creation of marketing programs that enhance conversion rates, promote multi-product adoption, and improve customer retention
Manage large-scale marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand standards and organizational goals
Performance Optimization
Define and implement a robust framework for analyzing and optimizing demand generation performance, ensuring maximum ROI on marketing investments
Leverage data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions, continuously refining programs to improve lead quality, pipeline velocity, and revenue contribution
Partner with sales leadership to optimize lead flow processes, driving MQL-to-SQL conversion and pipeline progression metrics
Own the creation and maintenance of a marketing performance dashboard, tracking key KPIs and presenting insights to senior leadership
Team Development & Operations Management
Provide mentorship, career development, and leadership to directors and their teams, fostering a high-performing, motivated organization
Oversee the demand generation budget, ensuring strategic allocation of resources to maximize impact
Manage vendor relationships, negotiating contracts to deliver cost-effective, high-quality services
Ensure operational excellence and agility across all demand generation functions, promoting efficiency and scalability
What You’ll Need
Minimum Qualifications
15+ years of management experience with demonstrated effectiveness building and managing an organization or team
10+ years experience in supporting Sales, Product, and/or Marketing teams at a mid-to-large scale multi-geographical organizations
Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Strong track record of scaling measurable business impact through strategic demand generation initiatives
Exceptional ability to communicate marketing performance insights and recommendations to C-suite executives and senior stakeholders
Expertise in multi-channel marketing strategies, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising
Demonstrated success in managing large budgets and optimizing resource allocation
Preferred Qualifications
VP-level experience, managing large, diverse teams and complex marketing programs
MBA or advanced degree preferred
Advanced knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and performance analytics tools
Visionary leadership with the ability to inspire and align teams toward common goals
Data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and measurable outcomes
Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with a proven ability to build relationships across functions and levels
Strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Passionate about innovation and staying ahead of industry trends
Travel Requirements & Working Conditions
Up to 25% to meet with teams in other offices, vendors, and/or suppliers, attend events

How You’ll Be Rewarded
✅ Salary range in the US: $233,000.00 - $303,000.00✅ A discretionary bonus typically paid annually
✅ Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire
✅ 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package
