As part of the Enterprise Program Management Office (ePMO), you will partner with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer & Partner Experience (CPX), Partners, Legal, Finance, Product, and Business Technology to accelerate strategic outcomes.

The ideal candidate has strong program management experience in GTM environments within a large-scale SaaS organization, communicates with clarity, thrives in ambiguity, and drives execution without relying on formal authority.

What You’ll Do

GTM Strategy & Execution

  • Partner with GTM and business leaders to scope, plan, and execute programs that support growth, efficiency, and customer success

  • Drive alignment and execution for initiatives such as territory planning, AI for Sales, data enrichment, customer lifecycle optimization, and enablement

  • Define and refine scalable GTM processes and ensure alignment with company-wide goals and planning cycles

Program Delivery

  • Develop end-to-end program structures, including operating models, processes, and cadences

  • Build and manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies

  • Track progress, resolve roadblocks, and escalate decisions when needed

  • Collaborate with Business Systems, Data & Analytics, and Enablement teams to ensure operational readiness

  • Report on program KPIs, status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Facilitate coordination among Sales, Marketing, CPX, Partners, Product, and Technology teams

  • Navigate ambiguity, balance competing priorities, and secure stakeholder buy-in.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and shared ownership across GTM teams

Change Management & Enablement

  • Partner on change management efforts, including communication, stakeholder alignment, and enablement

  • Support documentation, training, and adoption of new tools, processes, and initiatives

  • Implement best practices for scalable and repeatable GTM program execution

What You’ll Need

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or equivalent experience

  • 4+ years of program or project management experience, preferably within or supporting GTM functions

  • Familiarity with GTM tools and systems (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Gainsight)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Customer teams, or Partner organizations

  • Background in SaaS or B2B technology environments

  • Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills

  • Ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders and executives

  • Exposure to sales strategy, marketing operations, or customer lifecycle programs

  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile) is a plus

Travel Requirements & Working Conditions

  • Willingness to travel up to 10% for team and corporate meetings, fostering relationships and representing company interests

  • Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, as we embrace flexible work arrangement
