The Associate Solutions Consultant directly interfaces with customers to listen, gather and confirm customer requirements for contracted services. You'll primarily operates in a remote capacity but at times can function as an onsite resource. You will work closely with Solutions Architects and Senior Solutions Architects as well as customers to accomplish the needs for the assigned project. You will also interact with internal teams from Client Services, Sales, Product Development, and Customer Success. This role plays a vital part in ensuring a successful delivery of the assigned project and at times will be tasked with the ability to act as a project manager when an Onboarding Project Manager is not assigned. This role also requires the ability to potentially lead projects to meet the needs and demands of the business

What You’ll Do

  • Support the delivery of contracted services to customers

  • Review discovery sessions to ensure understanding of business needs and requirements; clarifies uncertainties as needed

  • Replicate standardized solution design that achieves outcomes within the Workiva Platform

  • Interact with our valued customers, contributing to the delivery of standardized solutions

  • Develop knowledge of financial, risk, or operational reporting using the Workiva platform with a commitment to ongoing training

  • Embrace the dynamic balance of working collaboratively under guidance while seizing the opportunity to shine independently when the moment calls for it

What You'll Need

Minimum Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field ​; an advanced degree may be considered in lieu of professional experience

  • 2 years of experience in service delivery, finance, accounting, audit, or a related field

  • Experience in consulting and project management roles with a focus on process improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of enterprise risk, financial planning or analytics & reporting solutions and their related technology platforms

  • Fluent in general technology and software within the Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace applications

  • Familiarity with complex spreadsheet formulas or SQL is preferred

  • Ability to present topics clearly and succinctly

  • Self-motivated with strong propensity for action, results and continuous improvement

  • Ability to work under the direction of others, receive mentoring, and collaborate with peers

Travel Requirements and Working Conditions

  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for team and corporate meetings, fostering relationships and representing company interests

  • Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, as we embrace flexible work arrangements
