The GTM Technology Enablement Manager works as a key member of the Global Enablement organization serving the global revenue organization. The GTM Technology Enablement Manager is responsible for teaching our customer-facing Workivians to become more efficient and effective in their pursuits by utilizing sales technologies. You will be a subject matter expert and an essential partner to the Go-to-market organization.
What You’ll Do
Operationalize the “how” of how customer-facing teams will utilize the technology to execute their role in the customer engagement lifecycle.
Create and manage learning content for the Workiva GTM technologies
Serve as the tech stack subject matter expert on all Sales New Hire Onboarding and Evergreen programs globally
Stay apprised of all upcoming functionality by vendor and provide role-based updates to our GTM organization
Work together with our Creative Operations team, our Delivery Enablement Team, and others in the creation and deployment of appropriate instructor led training, content/sales messaging, processes, practices, forms, and tools to support engagement of our Global Sales Team to align with the optimization and utilization of the GTM Tech Stack
Leverage internal AI resources, capabilities and functionality to optimize seller efficiencies
What You’ll Need
Minimum Qualifications
Requires a minimum of 4 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree
Advanced knowledge of SalesForce.com, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Excellent presentation and classroom facilitation skills both in-person and virtual
Experience working in Learning Management and Experience Platforms
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Highspot, D&B, GainSight, Xactly-Forecasting, CongaComposer, CongaSign, Consensus, LinkedIn Learning, and Loopio
Working knowledge and experience with Command of the Message Sales Methodology or equivalent
Advanced understanding of sales process execution
Ability to act independently and handle multiple priorities and assignments simultaneously
Ability to influence and collaborate across business functions
Detail-oriented with accomplished organizational/time management skills
Possess clear, concise, and accurate written and verbal communication skills,
Strong active listening skills
Experience working with/for a Fortune 500 company preferred
Demonstrated knowledge of Adult Learning Principles
Travel Requirement & Working Conditions
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office
How You’ll Be Rewarded
✅ Salary range in the US: $86,000.00 - $138,000.00✅ A discretionary bonus typically paid annually
✅ Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire
✅ 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package
