Workiva is looking for a Global Presales Enablement Principal that will work cross-functionally to strategize, plan, and execute the global solution & value consulting enablement vision and programs to drive scalable ARR growth across the Workiva Platform.

What You’ll Do

• Strategize, design, and deliver one-to-many and one-to-one learning experiences including instructor lead training (ILT) both in-person, and virtual, as well as on-demand learning

• Work closely with product marketing, partner and solution consulting teams, translating complex technical innovations into compelling pre-sales narratives

• Design and deliver enablement for consultative skills including executive discovery, business case development, workshop facilitation, and C-suite engagement

• Partner with leadership to assess capability gaps, design skills matrices, and measure competency progression over time

• Orchestrate the planning, coordination, prioritization and execution of training activities such as webinars, onboarding, certifications, and ongoing readiness on key releases and relevant internal processes and workflows

• Create, curate, analyze, and maintain learning assets through internal and partner-facing platforms

• Actively plan and participate in global, regional, and team meetings and events to facilitate and/or deliver on enablement programs based on needs identified by the field

What You’ll Need

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years of combined experience driving excellence in Solution Consulting and Value Management within the SaaS industry

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Demo2Win! or equivalent methodology experience required.

• Experience in designing and delivering technical training and enablement programs for solution consulting

• Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration with product management, product marketing, and sales teams

• Salesforce.com experience required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Highspot and SkillJar preferred

• Demonstrated success in building and scaling global enablement programs for Solution Consulting and/or Value Management teams on a platform sale with multiple C-Level economic buying audiences

• Understanding of both synchronous (workshops, role-plays) and asynchronous learning design for complex, multi-skill disciplines

• Demonstrated ability to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and methodologies to drive efficiency and optimize workflows

• Passion for optimizing enablement frameworks and driving continuous improvement

• Exceptional communication and executive presence, capable of articulating complex concepts with clarity and conviction to both technical and non-technical audiences

Travel Requirements & Working Conditions

• Up to 30% travel

• Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, if not in a Workiva office

How You’ll Be Rewarded

✅ Salary range in the US: $154,000.00 - $250,000.00

✅ A discretionary bonus typically paid annually

✅ Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire

✅ 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package
