Senior Regional Marketing Manager

As the Senior Regional Marketing Manager, you will deploy and optimize demand generation programs to drive revenue growth across Asia. You will collaborate with sales, partner, and customer success teams to execute strategic go-to-market plans. Your focus remains on new logo acquisition and customer expansion through data-driven performance analysis. This role requires a resourceful strategic thinker who can lay a foundation and see complex projects through to completion.
What You'll Do
Own the strategic vision and execution of regional marketing plans to impact revenue growth
Deliver cohesive regional programs including events, paid media, and partner co-marketing
Communicate with key stakeholders to build a comprehensive marketing roadmap for Asia
Collaborate with the partner team to build and execute joint marketing strategies
Partner with sales teams to deliver customized pipeline generation programs
Build an experiential marketing strategy including virtual and in-person field events
Drive scalability by incorporating global brand and demand programs into regional efforts
Manage the regional marketing budget and report ROI to leadership
Create and monitor comprehensive follow-up strategies for the entire campaign lifecycle
Provide onsite support for regional events as needed
What You'll Need
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant career experience
6+ years of experience in regional field or demand generation marketing in Asia
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting sales teams to meet pipeline and revenue targets
Proficiency with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs and integrated marketing strategies
Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams and geographically dispersed vendors
Skill with tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, Monday.com, and 6Sense
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex data to diverse audiences
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and adaptable environment
Experience with end-to-end event operations and executive-level speaker management
Business-level fluency in Japanese or Mandarin to support customers in Japan and Taiwan is advantageous
Travel Requirement & Working Conditions
Ability to travel up to 25% for overseas meetings, onsite events, and partner engagements
