As Senior Field Marketing Manager for the West region, you will own the strategy and execution of regional field marketing event programs, driving pipeline generation and revenue acceleration across Workiva’s GTM programs. You will act as the primary marketing partner to regional sales leadership while aligning with cross-functional teams to build and execute field event programs on time and within budget.
This is a high-impact, execution-oriented role where strategic planning meets world-class event production. What You’ll Do
Lead the West region’s event marketing strategy by translating demand generation campaigns into high-impact regional plans, including ownership of targeting, tactics, logistics, metrics, and budget
Align the regional field marketing calendar with sales priorities, pipeline, and revenue goals, focusing on flawless execution and a superior end-user experience to accelerate the buyer’s journey
Deliver engaging and creative events and experiences that elevate Workiva’s brand and drive qualified engagement aligned to revenue marketing priorities
Serve as a trusted partner and advisor to sales leadership, driving cross-functional alignment across regional sales teams, ISRs, partners, and industry principals
Develop partner-inclusive programs by collaborating with partner marketing and sales teams to execute joint event initiatives aligned to regional priorities
Partner with marketing stakeholders to integrate relevant messaging, use cases, and assets into event tactics tailored for regional personas and segments
Leverage data insights to continuously measure and optimize regional field marketing programs, ensuring a direct impact on future strategy and ROI
Architect targeted 1:1 account-based event programs for top regional accounts in collaboration with sales and ABM leadership
What You’ll Need
Minimum Qualifications
6+ years of experience in field marketing, event management, or demand generation, specifically within the B2B SaaS or technology sector
Experience managing end-to-end event logistics and regional marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline growth
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of relevant career experience and expertise
Preferred Qualifications
Remote role; location in the Western U.S. region preferred
Data-Driven Pipeline Strategy: Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and QuickSight to conduct analyses and provide recommendations on field programs to achieve regional pipeline goals
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to achieve results working with Sales Leadership, extended marketing teams, and partners
Operational Autonomy: Self-motivated and innovative, with the ability to lead projects independently and within a close team in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Agile Project Management: Highly organized and efficient, with the ability to develop and measure an evolving regional plan
Strategic Communication: Strong ability to clearly communicate new ideas, programs, processes, and outcomes to both internal and external stakeholders
Working Conditions & Travel Requirements
Up to 20% travel for customer meetings and company events
Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office
How You’ll Be Rewarded
✅ Salary range in the US: $106,000.00 - $172,000.00✅ A discretionary bonus typically paid annually
✅ Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire
