Sweep is hiring a Bid Manager, based in Paris or London, tasked to coordinate and deliver a seamless RFP process to help streamline our approach, optimise our documentation and help improve our RFP execution.


Sweep maps climate and ESG data across an entire business to reduce carbon emissions, improve social and environmental performance, and create audit-ready reports to run the best sustainability programs.

Climate change is the defining issue of our time. By empowering companies with technology that helps manage their climate impact, we believe Sweep can make a meaningful contribution to a better future for all of us.

Ok, sounds promising. What will I be doing?

As part of the Sales Team, you'll be responsible for managing the global RFP processes. Alongside sales and product leadership, you will help build a robust process for Sweep’s RFP approach, help ensure we are prioritising the right opportunities, helping manage our centralised resources and maintain our global RFP standards.You will report to sales leadership and work closely with product, marketing and customer success teams.

To be more specific, this includes:

1. Manage processes for delivering RFPs 🤝

  • Support the Sales team with organising responses to RFPs
  • Manage how we prioritise RFPs based upon our product fit and stakeholder engagement
  • Conduct client communications around process for the biggest enterprise deals

2. Streamline RFP responses 🔬

  • Shape our global standard for our proposals allowing us to showcase Sweep’s technical capabilities in a clear and accurate way
  • Maintain our database of RFP responses, updating answers in line with new product development
  • Leverage AI to improve the speed at which we can respond to RFPs

3. Management of sales materials 🛠️

  • Maintain a standardised library of sales material for use in client presentation
  • Support the Sales team with the building of new materials for product developments or new customer requirements

4. Guiding product development ⚙️

  • Be the link between our technical product and sales ensuring our customer facing documentation captures what makes Sweep great!
  • Help our Sales team track and prioritise product feedback from clients for communication to the Product team

Qualifications 🏆

  • You already have an experience in a similar or transferable role
  • Familiarity with RFPs and buying processes
  • Experience in software-as-a-service environments, ideally in the B2B Enterprise space
  • Experience working closely with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Ability to evolve in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English, French will be a big plus
