Sweep is hiring a Marketing Ops Intern, for a 6 months internship, based in Paris, tasked to be an integral part of our digital marketing team, and actively contributing to marketing success.

Sweep maps climate and ESG data across an entire business to reduce carbon emissions, improve social and environmental performance, and create audit-ready reports to run the best sustainability programs.

Ok, sounds promising. What will I be doing?

You will be reporting to the Digital Marketing Lead and will be interacting on a daily basis with the marketing team, as well as internal stakeholders from the sales and revenue teams.

To be more specific, this includes:

1. Field marketing support 👫

• Running the digital operations supporting field marketing activities, such as:
• List management: cleaning and importing event lists
• Salesforce campaign creation and maintenance
• HubSpot workflows

2. HubSpot/Salesforce 🧹

• Maintaining data hygiene and quality:
  
• Data enrichment
  
• Overseeing Salesforce/HubSpot integration and fix sync issues
  
• HubSpot Property management

3. Website maintenance 🛠️

• Contribute to the overall maintenance of Sweep corporate website (change requests, fixes, bug resolution, etc).

Qualifications 🏆

• You’re currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Fluent in English, French is a valued plus
• Familiar with the Office and Google Suite (Word/Google Doc, Excel/Google Sheets, …)
• Previous experience with Wordpress, HubSpot and Salesforce is a plus
