Role Overview
Technosylva’s products help our customers protect people and assets by making high quality and timely decisions. They use our software to apply world class fire, weather, and climate modeling and simulations to pressing operational and planning decisions.
As a Principal Product Manager at Technosylva you will be responsible for driving the product vision, strategy, and execution for one or more of Technosylva's SaaS product lines. You will lead the discovery and delivery of products that solve real customer problems while scaling the business. This role requires deep customer empathy, strong analytical skills, and collaboration across engineering, design, and business teams.

Responsibilities
- Lead product discovery through customer interviews, data analysis, and market research to identify valuable, usable, and feasible solutions for our utility customers
- Create and maintain product artifacts while driving the process from conception through go-to-market, including beta testing and rollout strategies
- Partner with engineering teams to define technical solutions and success metrics that align with business objectives
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap and vision based on customer needs, market opportunities, and business strategy
- Build strong relationships with utility and other customers to deeply understand their workflows and pain points
- Collaborate across sales and customer success teams to gather feedback and market requirements
- Continuously refine products based on customer feedback and emerging market needs
- Define product pricing and packaging strategies
Required Skills
- 10+ years product management experience, with 5+ years leading B2B/enterprise product lines
- History leading product discovery and customer research efforts
- Experience building and owning product vision across multiple products
- Demonstrated success in identifying and developing new market opportunities
- Experience managing product portfolios with P&L responsibility
- Deep expertise in enterprise SaaS metrics, unit economics, and business strategy
- Advanced analytical skills with framework-driven decision making
Preferred Skills
- Recognized thought leader in utility technology or ClimateTech
- Deep understanding of utility operations and regulatory frameworks
- Track record of building and scaling product organizations
- Proven success in enterprise pricing and packaging strategy
- Extensive experience with ML and advanced analytics
- Demonstrated success in M&A and strategic partnerships
