We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as the Originator. In this role, you will be instrumental in advancing Fuse Energy's strategic growth by building and managing key partnerships that contribute to the development of 5GW of renewable energy assets worldwide. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around identifying and nurturing partnerships, focusing on M&A opportunities, ready-to-build and operational sites, and collaborating closely with our trading team to secure power purchase agreements. Responsibilities

• Execute a comprehensive partnerships strategy aligned with our vision of establishing 5GW of renewable energy assets. Identify and engage potential partners, including landowners, energy project developers, investors, and stakeholders to drive mutual growth and meet strategic objectives.
• Actively seek out and initiate discussions with potential partners who can contribute to our renewable energy asset pipeline.
• Lead negotiations with potential partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and assess M&A opportunities for renewable energy generation sites, such as wind turbines and solar farms. Play a key role in acquiring development sites for renewable energy assets.
• Work closely with our finance team to develop financial models and provide insights for investment decisions.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in origination, strategic partnerships, business development, or related roles with a background in the energy market.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully driving partnerships and business initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions to enhance partnership outcomes.
• Experience in leading and managing high-performing teams to achieve best-in-class results.
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and a willingness to embrace new challenges in support of our renewable energy mission.
• Proactive and independent thinker with a dedication to problem-solving and a willingness to learn and iterate.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field, Economics, or a related discipline.
