critical water infrastructure. Our software automates the preliminary engineering of water and wastewater treatment facilities, incorporating innovative and
sustainable treatment technologies to ensure safe, equitable access to clean water worldwide. We’re dedicated to building the best design automation
platform on the market and are seeking a Global Sales Executive to help us grow our business.

Job Summary:
As the Global Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for developing and executing a high-impact sales strategy, leveraging your expertise in SaaS sales, and demonstrating a deep understanding of our software solutions, their benefits and how they align to the evolving needs and challenges of our target global customers. Territory and specialization to be discussed and determined following initial 60-days in the business onboarding. Potential for regional or product-line specific territory ownership.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and initial contact through contract negotiation and closing deals in the water sector.
• Develop a deep understanding of our software, its benefits, and how it aligns with the needs and challenges of our target customers.
• Employ a consultative sales approach to effectively articulate the value proposition of our software to executive-level decision-makers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-Suite executives, sales and operational leaders, and technology suppliers.
• Execute lead generation to support sales pipeline goals including outbound prospecting, digital demand activities and participation in industry events,
such as trade shows.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and revenue operations teams to drive demand generation activities and support lead generation efforts.
• Leverage best-in-class SaaS sales strategies and methodologies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Use Salesforce.com to manage sales activities, track pipeline, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
• Represent Transcend at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and establish thought leadership

Requirements:
• Track record of success in SaaS sales roles, with a proven ability to close complex deals involving multiple decision-makers.
• 3-10 years of B2B sales experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in consultative selling and a strong understanding of the water and wastewater treatment sectors, power industry or complex
technical SaaS solutions
• Proven ability to drive sales pipeline growth and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Familiarity with best-in-class SaaS sales strategies, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
• Proficiency in using CRM software to manage sales activities and track pipeline.
• Demonstrated experience in outbound lead generation and thoughtful pipeline development.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish rapport with executive-level clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
