About Treehouse

Treehouse is a software-enabled installation platform for electrification projects. Our mission is to accelerate the decarbonization of the places we live and work by simplifying the electrification journey. By operating as a centralized, end-to-end partner, Treehouse helps companies scale electrification programs nationwide and deliver seamless, delightful installation experiences for customers.

About The Role

We are hiring an Installer Program Associate to join our team! The Associate will execute a comprehensive program designed to identify, vet, and onboard third-party installers to the Treehouse network, which requires strong attention to detail, bias for action, and self-organization skills. The ideal candidate will support the success of the program by coordinating outreach and communications, managing relationships, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for hundreds of electrical contractors across the country. This role is central to the expansion of Treehouse's program and for ensuring the ongoing fulfillment of our quality, safety, and service standards.

Responsibilities

The Installer Program Manager will:

  • Understand the contractor journey and critical touchpoints; work with the Program Manager to improve the overall contractor experience based on front-line interactions with contractors.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to contractor experience and performance, ensure that they accurately reflect customer and contractor experiences, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Source prospective mission-aligned electrical contractors through market research, trade associations, online platforms, and referrals. Support the vetting process by reviewing licensure, qualifications, service offerings, and service quality.
  • Manage outreach initiatives including but not limited to email campaigns, referral programs, and trade event attendance and manage follow-up communications and conversions; track all contacts and touchpoints in a CRM.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new contractors by guiding them through Treehouse documentation and training and ensuring that all required contracts, agreements, and paperwork are completed and maintained up to date.
  • Maintain and grow long-term contractor relationships by providing ongoing support and updates on company programs, policies, and services.

Minimum Qualifications

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • Two or more years of experience in program, project, or contractor management, preferably within the residential construction industry.
  • Experience working with a customer relationship management (CRM) tool and related software/platforms.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on interpersonal communication and collaboration.
  • Comfort with independence, a bias for action, learning quickly, context-switching, and frequent iteration. Ability to make decisions in the absence of perfect information.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, bringing together multiple teams to drive towards a common goal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-past, early-stage company environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Additionally, candidates may demonstrate:

  • Prior contractor-facing experience in the home renovation or electrification industries.
  • Experience in construction, the trades, or home services.
  • A passion for electrification and/or energy sustainability.

This position may be remote with the option to work from one of our company hubs in San Francisco, Chicago, or Denver.
