Essential Responsibilities
- Prepare, maintain, and conduct safety checks on machinery to ensure equipment readiness.
- Set up and operate production machines following company procedures and quality standards.
- Monitor machinery during operation, troubleshoot issues, and make adjustments to ensure output meets quality benchmarks.
- Perform in-process inspections, measure outputs, and record production data accurately.
- Consistently meet production goals while maintaining safety protocols and using PPE effectively.
- Keep workstations clean and organized to promote a safe and efficient environment.
- Participate in cross-training and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED); prior experience in manufacturing is a plus but not required.
- Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to stand for 8–10 hours, perform repetitive tasks, and handle tools effectively.
- Effective English communication skills (reading and speaking).
- Ability to read gauges, measurements, safety protocols, and operation manuals.
- Strong work ethic, time management skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

- Must be able to meet attendance and production expectations.
- Willingness to work overtime shifts as needed.
- Must pass e-Verify background check.
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks.
