As a Preventive Maintenance Planner/Administrator, you’ll support our engineering and maintenance teams by organizing and managing maintenance schedules, collecting and analyzing performance data, and driving continuous improvement in equipment reliability. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our advanced machinery and contributes directly to the success of TS Conductor’s mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with physical and administrative preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure peak performance and reliability.
- Track and analyze downtime issues related to maintenance and create actionable solutions.
- Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance activities, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Manage and optimize the Limble Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to maintain detailed equipment records.
- Create, refine, and update preventive maintenance lists for both existing and new assets or equipment.
- Control and manage inventory to ensure all necessary parts and tools are available when needed.
- Perform or oversee general housekeeping to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Collect, analyze, and report maintenance data to identify trends and improve equipment performance.
- Document maintenance schedules and tasks to ensure alignment with operational goals.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor or Operations Manager on special projects as needed.
- Work independently and proactively to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Support repairs on equipment as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience with preventive maintenance systems and procedures.
- Familiarity with electronic Maintenance Management Systems (e.g., Limble CMMS) preferred.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Technical certifications or coursework in Industrial Maintenance (preferred).
- Experience with mechanical systems (e.g., gearboxes, chains, seals, bearings).
- Familiarity with basic electrical systems (e.g., motors, fuses, relays) and hydraulics or pneumatics (valves, cylinders, troubleshooting) is a plus.
- Experience with conveyors and components like air cylinders, diverters, and motor controls is highly desirable.
- Comfortable working in team-based environments, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
