A Typical Day Might Include

• Leading and mentoring your team of textile technicians
• Operating and maintaining our revolutionary weaving system
• Coordinating with engineers on testing new features
• Problem-solving machine performance issues
• Documenting processes and collecting crucial data
• Building strong cross-functional relationships
• Having lunch with the team (we're a pretty social bunch!)

The salary range for this role is $97,000 - $107,000 USD annually (base hourly equivalent, eligible for 1.5x overtime), plus 0.02% equity.
