As a Senior Program Manager on Itron’s Professional Services team, you will lead the successful delivery of Distributed Energy Management (DEM) solutions that help utilities build safer, more resilient communities. Acting as the accountable owner of customer success, you will guide programs from pre-sales scoping and definition through implementation, adoption, retention, and expansion. In partnership with customers and cross-functional teams across Sales, Services, Product, Engineering, and Support, you will ensure customers realize measurable business value, remain satisfied, and continue investing in Itron solutions. • Ensure adherence to program governance and Itron’s lifecycle standards. Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting for customer engagement programs.
  • Champion continuous improvement through process refinement, knowledge sharing, training initiatives, and strategic efforts that strengthen DEM delivery capabilities and customer success outcomes.
  • Facilitate engagement with initial customers for new product releases, ensuring robust bilateral communication.

  • Experience supporting utility software applications in production environments, including release planning, issue and defect management, feature adoption, customer escalations, and cross-functional coordination with Product, Engineering, and Support teams.
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise software, SaaS, on-premises, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Advanced knowledge of program and project management principles and delivery methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
