| Vecna Robotics seeks a Business Development Representative (BDR) to play a critical role in driving early-stage revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers. This role partners closely with Sales and Marketing to convert inbound demand and outbound campaigns into high-quality pipelines through targeted outreach, discovery conversations, and consistent follow-up. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and organizational skills, a consultative mindset, and is coachable, self-motivated, and eager to learn modern sales methodologies and tools within the warehouse automation and robotics industry. Reporting to the Revenue Growth Manager, this is a full-time role with benefits based in our Waltham, MA office. After onboarding, the BDR team follows a hybrid work model.
