You will:

  • Establish a vision for product operations at Watershed

  • Build a bridge between GTM and Engineering, Product & Design
    • Design and manage GTM product feedback loop
      • Manage GTM input and feedback on the product strategy & roadmap
      • Up-level product feedback collection & triage process

    • Collaborate with product leadership on product review cadence
    • Collaborate with product leadership on a process to reconcile inter-team dependencies

You might be a fit if you:

  • Have 5+ experience in B2B software, with relevant product ops experience - you’ve seen this story before, have a playbook, and can hit the ground running on day one.
  • Have strong influence skills - you can balance input from a multitude of cross-functional stakeholders, handle complex change management, and inspire new behaviors at both the IC and leadership level.
  • Are a strong executor - you are willing to roll up your sleeves and get scrappy, can build or manage processes yourself to prove their value.
  • You understand product development - you know what it takes to build great enterprise products, are fluent in product thinking and execution, and have a solid understanding of release management
  • You have deep empathy for go to market teams - you’ve got a track record of building great relationships between Engineering, Product & Design and GTM teams, and bonus if you’ve worked in a sales or success oriented role in the past.

FAQ

Where does Watershed work?

We have hub offices in San Francisco, New York and London, and some remote team members in the US and EU. Most of our jobs need to be in San Francisco / New York / London, but certain jobs are open to being remote and will be specifically noted on the jobs page and in the job description.

What’s the interview process like?

It starts the same for every candidate: getting to know the team members through 1 to 2 conversations about Watershed, your experience, and your interests. Next steps can vary by role, but usual next steps are a skill or experience screen (e.g. a coding interview for an engineer, a portfolio review for a designer, deeper experience call for other roles) which leads to a virtual or in person interview panel after that if the screens go well. We prioritize transparency and lack of surprise throughout the process.
