About the Impact Research Team: Studies WoCl’s impact through mixed-methods research (surveys, interviews, case studies, usage metrics) to guide program design and demonstrate impact.Role Summary: Gather data and analyze research findings to answer questions, test hypotheses, and uncover trends that help drive impact for climate leaders and teams. Includes individual and collaborative work with a globally distributed team.Time Commitment: 5 hours/week consistently for the next 6+ months, with regular availability for team meetings.What you’ll do: conduct qualitative interviews and surveys; help craft and distribute surveys; analyze quantitative and qualitative data (e.g., Hex, Excel); create basic visualizations; draft insights and reports; collaborate across teams to understand goals and KPIs; refine research questions and plans.Skills and experience: 2–4+ years collecting/analyzing data (quant, qual, or mixed-methods) with tools such as Excel, Stata, R, Hex, PowerBI, AtlasTI; experience collaborating with stakeholders and communicating findings; excellent communication; fluency in English.I’m interested!
