Standard meeting time Tuesdays at 11:30 am PST.Role Summary: Identify and engage potential volunteers and match them with suitable opportunities across WoCl’s core volunteer team.Time Commitment: 5 hours/week consistently for the next 6+ months.What you’ll do: source and maintain volunteer recruitment channels; promote opportunities; screen and interview volunteers; match volunteers to roles; support onboarding and training; maintain records; evaluate recruitment effectiveness; collaborate across departments; stay current on best practices.Skills: prior recruiting/people ops/HR or related experience; strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with diverse groups; asynchronous and autonomous work style; advanced Asana skills are a plus.I’m interested!
