WoCl’s Impact Research Team studies the organization’s impact and informs programming strategy, funder narratives, and understanding of the 40,000+ member community. Anchor deliverable: Annual Impact Report; plus 1–2 community surveys per year using mixed methods (surveys, interviews, case studies, usage metrics).Role summary: Volunteer Team Lead to co-lead the Impact Research Team (5–8 analysts) and bridge WoCl leadership and analysts. Set research direction, manage workstreams and timelines, ensure rigorous, decision-useful outputs.
