This individual will play a critical role in fostering relationships with suppliers, brand and retailer sustainability and sourcing teams, industry associations, and other key stakeholders. As the primary point of contact in Asia, this person will work directly with suppliers in the region, understanding their needs and challenges, and representing their voice within our company.

Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role offers the opportunity to build and lead a team focused on supplier engagement, expanding Worldly’s presence and impact in the region.

What You'll Do

  • Partner Collaboration: Engage closely with relevant counterparts at Cascale to ensure alignment and close collaboration on key relevant supplier and industry association engagement activities.

  • Supplier Advisory Panel Development and Management: Lead the creation and ongoing management of one or more supplier advisory panels, ensuring that key supplier customers have a platform to provide input and feedback on their engagement with Worldly, and share their needs and value perceptions.

  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers, acting as their advocate within the company and helping them derive value from their engagement with us.

  • Engage Industry Associations: In alignment with Cascale, develop strategic relationships with key industry associations in Asia that represent suppliers.

  • Market Research & Insights: Gather insights from suppliers to understand the challenges they face in sustainability measurement, reporting, and improvement and how we can address their pain points. Provide feedback to product development, marketing, and customer success teams.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure supplier feedback is integrated into product and service updates and marketing strategies.

  • Travel & Event Representation: Represent Worldly at industry events and meetings across Asia to raise the profile of the company among suppliers and industry stakeholders.
