The company was founded in 2010, with HQ in Dublin, Ireland and presence in Palma de Mallorca, Spain. XFuel has developed technology for sustainable and cost-effective conversion of biomass waste into a low-carbon and drop-in advanced fuel for the transport sector. Fuel is produced efficiently, at low-cost and with currently up to 85% fewer GHGs than traditional fossil fuel production, with a clear route to achieving carbon neutral and negative fuels.
